The department received a complaint on 1/07/2022, regarding allegations in the area of physical plant. A complaint inspection was initiated on 1/25/2022 and concluded on 1/25/2022. The inspector was onsite on 1/25/2022 from 1:46pm to 2:06pm. The inspector toured the facility.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. Though not a part of the original complaint, there were violations found during the inspection regarding physical plant. See the violation notice for more details.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-270-A Complaint related: No Description: Based on observation, the center did not ensure areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, were maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition.
Evidence:
There were several areas in the center with chipped and peeling paint.Plan of Correction: We contracted a company and they will come out starting next week to begin the painting process.
